Tow yards, repair shops, storage lots — every unclaimed vehicle is on a legal clock. Miss one and the money comes out of your pocket. There's no warning letter. It just happens.
The owner notice is due within 10 days of the tow. Send it late and Kentucky law cuts off your storage charges at day 10. Everything after that is free parking.
KRS 281.928(3)(c)Once the repair bill is 30 days past due, Kentucky's mechanic's lien lets the vehicle move toward a title or sale. Same process, same protection. Text us the repair order instead of a tow ticket.
KRS 376.270 / 376.275Once the notices go out and 45 days pass with no response, the vehicle can be sold free and clear. But only if every notice before that was done right — and you can prove it.
KRS 376.275(1)(c)Before any sale, the law also requires three weekly ads in your county's approved newspaper (KRS 424.120). The wrong paper doesn't count. We place the ads.

How it works
No portal to learn, no forms to fill out, no fax machine. Your counter person can start a vehicle in the time it takes to take a picture.
Snap the tow ticket or repair order and text it to (859) 495-3266, or email it. We read it, confirm the details back to you, and open the file the same day. If anything is unclear, a person checks it. We never guess at a VIN.
We find the owner and any lienholders, send the certified notices, handle police holds, run the newspaper ads, and build the county clerk paperwork. Before any step you can't take back, we ask for your YES — by text or right on the vehicle's status page.
We put the packet together — every receipt, green card, and affidavit in order. You sign, we take it to the county clerk. You end up with the title, the sale, or your fees collected, plus a complete file that holds up if anyone ever questions it.

Certified mail and state record fees are included. The only separate charge is the newspaper ad Kentucky requires before a sale — billed at cost, shown to you first. Our fee is billed to you, never added to the vehicle's charges. A lien padded with extras is a lien someone can fight. Yours stays clean.
